The Chinese company DHS (Shanghai Double Happiness), which was founded in 1959, is a giant in the sport of table tennis. It is – unquestionably the most successful brand in terms of number of titles. DHS has been a major equipment sponsor of all of the Olympic Games and most of the World Championships in the new millennium, as well as the ITTF World Pro Tour. DHS has a very close and productive collaboration with the Chinese National Team (CNT), which gives the company access to the latest technique developments and the ability to guide and specifically tailor product development to fit the needs of the CNT.
