I purchase these rubbers before, and I like the quality and durability. But this last purchase, the rubber break down on the edges so fast. If this is how the quality is I have to find a different type. Less then three weeks and there are tears on the edges. I didn't even hit the table or anything.

Moved from hurricane 3 to this one as suggested by my friend with 2.1 mm thickness and oh boy my game is improved a lot loop are speedy and accurate. Slow spinny shots are bit difficult with this. Infact serves are also not that grate as compare to H3, serves are difficult because my blade is also a fast one.

Hard rubber, and great for looping with a power FH drive. Probably not for BH. A bit bouncy, but if you loop it, spins crazy. My first pick, and I don't regret it at all.

tenergy 05 is too fast on my ZJK super ZLC, i replaced it with Omega IV pro for forehand, i can have more steady loop and generate heavy underspin with low arc, a A+ rubber, strongely recommend!

I have this on a 3W+2 hard carbon blade on 1.8mm.

1. It's freakin' fast on a carbon blade, although it may have some drawbacks on spin but the speed makes up so much for it.

2. Blocking is superb.

3. Playing chinese full swing stroke with it is like god himself striking your opponent. The ball is so low and so fast, almost impossible to return especially on a 3rd ball attack.

4. Spin insensitive.

5. Great for 3rd ball attack.

Recommended on FH, it's too fast and hard for the BH side.

I use it for BH did not like it for FH. The throw is low as claimed, similar to tenergy 64 but its properties are NOT like tenergy. It has a harder feel on active shots than all ternergs which can be problematic if you want to try to control the ball a bit more, its tough due to less dwell. It does have a tensor which can win some points but also the opponent can get used to it after time and it may loose points because of the tensor throwing some balls out of the table. Responds well to topspin mid table, can easily counter attack unless there is too much topspin. It has an interesting feature on chops the ball can dig in causing a lot of variation, which can win some points. The drives are good, but at the same time do lack in spin, I found the opponent adjusting quite easily due to that fact.

Hard rubber with tremendous spin. It doesn't get affected much my incoming slice/chop. It can be used for backspin, and it can create quite amount of spin. Very powerful in looping as long as you brush with shoulder high drive or sometimes with flicks.

I have played this rubber for more than 3 months.Now i can say something:

1. power: Not powerful, even much worse than Donic F3. If you want to generate power, you must drive very hard.
2. speed: ok when you hit the ball at the early of bouncing.
3. spin: disappointed. I am quite confused with somebody using this rubber comparing to Tenergy rubber. That's a joke.

Conclusion:After i used this rubber for more than 3 months,i feel better. But for me, I won't try this rubber again.

I bought this rubber as a potential lower priced replacement for my T5 (used on the FH paired with a classic Butterfly Off+ blade ). The Xiom is a little bit slower, but this is more than compensated by it's lighter weight, awesome spin, incredible consistency and better control vs the T5, which have helped my short and medium range game both offensively and defensively. The only adjustment of significance was getting used to the lower throw angle of the Xiom, which becomes increasingly noticeable versus the T5 the further you move away from the table in counter attacking or lobbing. Since I play about 90% of my game in the close to mid range, this hasn't been a big issue, and is one I figure can be overcome with a faster/harder blade.

Quite perfect for me. I play offensive , with lot of spin. Rubber has speed,spin like hell. Very forgiving combo- BTFLY Garaydia zlc + OMEGA IV. Comparing with T05 i used till now, has same properties just is more peacefull at blocking.
Cannot say about durability, but after 20h of playing,looks like new. Spinners, do not search any more-same quality like T05 , twice lower price

This rubber has median hard sponge, with median/high throw, weight is a little heavy for max sponge. The power/spin/speed is very good for looping. Once loop right, it gives a nice spring "beng" sound. Paired with YEO 7 power blade it never lacks of power and speed.

The cons:
The ball is more sensitive/bouncy for passive play, not sure this comes from blade or rubber or both;
Sometimes the ball slips when I tried high spin slow loop, this didn't usually happen before for Hurricane 3 neo, maybe because the rubber is non-tacky at all;
For max sponge, the weight is on the high side.

My omega V tour, which targets to better control, is coming soon and I am anxious to see what the differences are.

I bought these rubbers from this website and will stick to this Xiom Omega IV Pro and this website from now on. Most Tenergy 64, 05 and 80 players have problem with this rubbers as it has tons of spins when served or attacked. I love this rubber so much and it is cheaper than the Tenergy too, by 15US a piece. If you have a good paddle, the offensive one from Tim Boll, then you have the best combination. I like Tenergy too, but they are more expensive and chipped so easily and have less spins than this one.

The rubber looks good and feel good. The sponge feel very dry. Rubber wants to curl when apply glue to sponge. I had to apply few layers of glue to the rubber and waited for it to dry before it will stay flat on the blade. Once it is on it play okay.

Very hard rubbers . Played with them for a long time. These rubbers need wood of medium hardness (Maze, Sk7). Currently playing in combination with ZHANG JIKE ALC, but it's too tough there is no delay on the racket which is why a lot of marriage. These rubbers are very good to play at the lower ball

It is the perfect rubber for atack, pro top sheet, very durable,very good carbo spong. Is pro rubber or advance player rubber. More speed and spin than Vega pro. Good as Tenargy for less money. Medium or even medium-low trow angle. I have it on my fh on BTY ALC and BTY Liu Shiwen bald as substitute for Tenergy 05. I am very happy with tis rubber.

My best BH rubber on Persson Power Carbon blade. Hard topsheet and medium sponge. Flat trajectory, more speed than spin, not sensitive to incoming spin. Need some time to break in and magic start. This is my 2nd sheet I have great time with 1st one.
