Tornado Extreme is a strange rubber. If you hit 5 balls you will get 5 different results. Very easy to mishit with this rubber for some reason. When you hit it just right will give good speed. Have never seen this with any other short pips. Does allow you to spin with the top sheet. Will go back to Yasaka Rakza PO.. service from Tabletennis11 quick and efficient, as always.Quality

Dr.Neubauer Tornado Extreme short pips rubber feels fast, with decent disruptive effect. The quality of the rubber feels to match the price well.Quality
For me, it was a bit harder to control compared to Spinlord Waran short pips (I think it's mostly related to Tornado having a much harder sponge, reminded me of Waran II). Also, it's a fair bit more expensive than some of the competition.
If you are looking for a fast short pips rubber with a decent disruptive effect I'd suggest giving this a try, just keep in mind that it will never match the disruptive effect of most medium and long pips rubbers.
