06/10/2022 Loop away Review by Sharang Bhagdikar
Quality
The finest rubber that I've been using for the past 10 years or so. I personally enjoy the hard sponge when using it on fh. Combines the dangerous looping potential of the rubber from away from the table with a stronger block/counter game close to the table. Might require practice getting used to but no going back after that.

I use this version in practice and the provincial for tournaments. Topsheet is very durable.
This rubber needs boosting, of course.

For the price of Hurricane 3, Neo is one of the best forehand rubber options on the market. The Neo Hard, as all Chinese rubber does, requires good technique and for the player to hit very hard to get the benefits of the rubber. I have found that Hurricane 3 Neo has improved the kickback effect of my forehand noticeably.

13/11/2021 Buen hule para derecha. Review by julio raygosa

Al principio es muy duro y pegajoso, ya que lo usas mucho, se afloja la esponja y queda muy bien el hule.
Lo recomiendo, además está a muy buen precio.

23/06/2021 Poor quality, dies fast Review by Cristian

The rubber is good for hitting the ball hard or blocking spinny shots (as you can use incoming spin).
It doesn't do well when doing a passive block on a slower shot as the ball will die (not enough energy to reach the net). It also doesn't work if you reach for the ball and try to put it on the table from out-of-position. You must always hit the ball pretty hard with a good technique.
The rubber characteristics seemed to change every week, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. Overall it's too sensitive to humidity/temperature/incoming spin/shot selection.
I replaced it with an Omega V Pro Max and I'm really happy.

It is not the best-selling Chinese rubber for nothing. Whoever wants to master the kill loop spin type of play simple needs to try this rubber. TT11 best service.
25/11/2020 Fast rubber Review by Arman Zhumagaliyev
Quality
Love this rubber better than regular H3 Neo. The sponge hardness out the package feels like 41-42 degrees. After applying two layers of the boost, the hardness feels like 40 degrees. Playing characteristic is amazing, it is faster and more linear. Doing FH flick is just a piece of cake. I will use this rubber for sure. I would recommend this rubber for intermediate and higher level players.
23/11/2020 Neo hard fast and spinney Review by Paul Aldcroft
Quality
Have tried hurricane 3 rubbers before but found them slow and hard to generate pace not being an elite player, but the neo solves this, I am playing with a fast carbon blade also. I think the hurricane rubbers are very good for improving your technic. I've tried many different setups, a lot in 3 years of playing, have used MX-P very good, tenergy the best, but found all other rubbers too fast no control, and no touch. But I know this is my fault, not the equipment. Hurricane neo on the right blade is beast very spinney fast enough and blocks for fun. Current blade Timo boll alc neo both sides. Tabletennis11 fantastic service as always.

I have been using H3 for the past two years and since the first time I tried it, I felt it was awesome but needed some adjustments. The neo version solves some of those issues I felt in the first H3 like the tackiness and speed, but it still needed something else, Even if you don't decide to boost it is a spin machine with lots of control sacrificing some speed, boosting gives some of that necessary speed. I don't recommend boosting if it is your first time using a tacky rubber.
This rubber gives lots of spin and control, I strongly recommend this for someone who wants to master the basic and take them to another level, because this rubber has no forgiveness at all, so you either make the correct stroke or you miss, but if you use it enough this helps to correct your mistakes and once you master them, the rubber does everything you want (I don't recommend this rubber for an absolute beginner, mostly for beginner-intermediate players), harder versions suits more offensive players.
