This is a new type of anti-spin rubber which covers the shortages of normal anti-spin rubber. Armstrong New Anti-Spin is good for block, cut and even attack. Its surface looks like normal rubber and when you hit the ball it sounds like normal rubber; but it kills opponent’s drive and smash. It is recommended to use in combination with Chopper rubber or Twister long pimple rubber.

Quality

I could never get the feel for it because the only size you had to buy was so thin so on the blade when the ball hit it sounded funny. I think it was just too thin for anti rubber.
