According to the description of the rubber it allows for more contact time on the rubber and I can say that after 3 months of using this rubber the description is accurate. I am an attacking player and go more for flat kills on both sides and most of my club members have commented that there is more spin on my backhand so I would put this down to the rubber as my technique hasn't changed. I am using a red max on a donic waldner 89 world champion supplied from TT11Quality
