This Xiom blade was made for Hugo Calderano, a top-level player from Brazil. The SAL, which stands for “Super Arylate”, is a non-carbon material which provides a wooden feeling in a composite blade. The SAL layers are located on the outer plies of the blade's construction, right under the Koto top veneer. The Hugo Calderano SAL does not prove to be an extremely fast or stiff a weapon. The characteristics are well-suited to Hugo Calderano and his playing style.

Это основание было куплено в сборке с накладками омега 7 тур на бэкхенд и Вега Х на бэкхенд. Очень хорошая на мой взгляд комбинация. В этой связке основание очень контрольное, по скорости честное оф, задержка мяча отличная на основании. При ударах мягко и комфортно отдаёт в ручку, и не вибрирует. Мне нравиться играть бэкхенд с этим основанием, так как эта моя коронка в игре. Ручка у основания для меня удобная. Спасибо

Excellent finish, smooth handle, good for medium hands. It does its job, very good control, an "off" blade. The only problem I have is its
weight. Despite the "approximative weight" of 88g how it is published on the site, I received one of 96g! I like a little bit heavy blades, 90 to 92 are ok for me, but 96 it is too much. The range of weight seams to be very large! So, if you buy one, ask for a specific weight!

Comprato a Natale , Provato e poi messo nel cassetto. Ripreso in mano questa estate. Il cambio di telaio è stato importante, venivo da due telai Soulspin , l'abete rosso ha un ottima sensazione di grip della palla . Hugo è telaio più secco , ma ti da la sensazione di spinta maggiore.Mantenendo controllo Mi piace molto

Very nice blade of high quality. On par with expensive BTY blades. The handle is not too thin and feels good. This is not a speed monster but if your gameplay relies on controlling the game with topspin, this blade is for you. As this blade has lots of dwell time, bit harder rubbers suit better.
The SAL is being replaced with HAL, which has a bit more crispy feel and slightly more speed.
Despite the high quality and very nice feel playing topspin, there are similar and cheaper blades out there.
