I reviewed this rubber before, but only for forehand (yeah, I'm stupid at times). Well, I ended up hitting it again, on the backhand side, on a friend's blade. I couldn't believe I didn't try it out for backhand...sigh... So - 01 Stiff - I had to find a BH rubber that A) allowed for controlled receives B) good flicks C) kicking spin D) mid-throw angle E) quick block return speed and F) flat hitting/punching. Almost all good BH rubbers do a thru e well, but not f. 01 Stiff allows for almost a Mima Ito backhand punch/drive/flat shot that goes where you're aiming, very consistently, not reacting to opponents' incoming spin. Revspin has the speed at 9.2, but it's more like 9.4; faster than expected. Revspin has the spin at 9.5, but it's more like 9.3; I can't get the ball to bite into the rubber for short/medium shots like Golden Arc 8 (for ex.), though longer shots are quite spinny. Rakza 9 has a trajectory that sails fairly straight and then dips (often past the table), which is what this Victas did for me too. It's a little like Tenergy 05 hard - fast, longer arc. Fast, spinny, controlled, blocking, looping, flat hitting.....all better than expected. This rubber does it all for me; on the forehand is sharp and fast; unaffected by incoming spin.Quality
Have used on wooden and carbon blades and works well on both.
Not quite as fast as Xiom Sigma for me but perhaps as good if not better all around.
Time will tell how longevity is.....

Works well with med fast blades. Very spinny on serves and can lit backspin easy. Very high arc, drops like T05. Not as bouncy but makes a good arc. Serve contact and brushing was superb, touch is somewhat hard to handle. Great blocking rubber. Good control rubber once tamed. Great BH rubber. This is a medium rubber, with excellent quality and performance. 45 degrees, very good durability and consistency, but the best thing for me??? The tension is not as high as regular european rubbers.Quality

Have been using the rubber on my backhand (Btfly ZLC blade) Very effective block, loop, and touch play over the table is better then average. Rubber is also fairly durable. I switched fron tenergy 64 and this is 90% of the tenergy series at 50% od the price. Will never use tenergy again.Quality - 07/04/2016 So far so good Review by Stranger
