Ventus Speed is the hardest and fastest variant of the TSP Ventus series. When designing this offensive rubber, the Japanese rubber experts focused on perfect balance between high speed, maximum spin development and great control. The open-pore 45° sponge of Ventus Speed features the new “Optimized Rotation Concept” and is truly made for spin. Thanks the new sponge design, this new TSP development guarantees longer ball contact which results in more rotational energy transfer on the ball. In addition, the higher trajectory resulting from the “Optimized Rotation Concept” provides for great feel and more control in your play. The fast performance top rubber sheet of Ventus Speed develops tons of power and tremendous drive both for aggressive opening loops and mid-distance topspin attacks. Ventus Speed is a highly balanced offensive rubber offering great value for money.

Litter harder than Nittaku G1. I used on Koki Niwa carbon and noted that I need to hit the ball solidly before a good loop can happen. The light brush doesn't work.
I figure once I get used to it, it will be good. But now I already find that G1 is the best suitable rubber for me.

Very all-rounded rubber, but on attacking orientation. Insensitive to incoming spin, very good for backhand flicks, blocks, and topspin. Highly recommend on ALC/ZLC Blade, on backhand or forehand for Off- style.

I have used Ventus Speed for a half a year now with 14hrs/week play. I am still on the 6-month-old rubber now and it is still performing like new. I bought 4 more on promotion and plan to stay with this rubber. It is the best BH rubber to me for my backhand loop/flip/hit style.

I tried this on sale and am very impressed with Ventus speed. It looks a lot like nittaku fast-arc. Looping is nice, counter looping is good. Blocking, control and placement are excellent. Serves well. I am comparing this to razka 9 but I am pretty sure I can be perfectly happy with ventus and focus on technique.

Hello,
I use this rubber in max thickness on my FH for about two weeks and I just could say that it's a dream for looping with it, paired with a semi flexible blade (I have a custom 5+2 blade 5.7 mm thickness). I have a lot of control for close to table and mid distance loops but also enough power to finish the point from 1.5 m distance away from table.
