This thermo ball bag has space for around 30 balls. The great thing is that it also easily fits in your training bag or training backpack, because it is not as large as other ball bags. It's perfect for carrying around enough balls for a normal practice or service training. I use this for Service Practice. It Holds 25 Balls and fits easily into my larger Club/Tournament Bag. So I serve 20-25 Balls at a time, and then pick them up with my pickup net, and do another set over and over. I keep going til 200 or 300 per session for 30 minutes to an hour and this really has helped my game to improve. This is a Must Have item if you want to improve your serves. BUT, you MUST Dedicate yourself to practicing regularly. So set up Targets and use Non- Tacky Painters masking Tape - called Frog tape - ON the Table to Markout Areas where you want the Ball to go.Quality
