10/01/2022 Не для любителей Review by ANDREY ILLARIONOV
Quality
20/12/2021 Viscaria 2.0 and better in every way by a good margin Review by Zane Cundiff

Review: 85 grams, Andro R50 on both sides 2.0 mm. Phenomenal speed, wonderfully controllable, and easy to use. I’ve used Hurricane Long 5, Long 3, Fang Bo 1 and 2 and 2x, TBALC, they do not compare in any of those departments. If there was one blade it felt similar to, it would the speed of the TBZLC but control of the Long 3. Easy to loop with, easy to spin low balls, super easy to block with, and almost impossible to go off the table when being passive or active on blocks, lobs are easy, countering is easy. I enjoyed the fact that when I brushed off the receive or my third ball, a lot of people had trouble keeping the ball on the table, or if it did land, it was high and easy to kill. It is a Viscaria on steroids. I would highly recommend this over Viscaria any day. Price is better too. Only one issue, the short game can be a bit of trouble when flipping, I found in flipping even heavy backspin, I would go off the edge of the table by a small margin, it may be my technique but never had big issues before doing it. Perhaps it may be the R50 is too hard to hold and spin in those circumstances. May edit if I find it easier to flip with a small technique change. For the constant attacker and who is relentless with pressure.

Good ALC outer blade.
Similar to Viscaria except for a little vibration.

My first really expensive blade. I can say it is worth every penny. The consistency of my hard shots improved dramatically. I'm amazed by the control and speed this blade gives me. It is somewhat flexible as well, which is to my liking.
I got Andro rasanter R53 with 2mm sponge on the forehand and Yasaka Rakza 7 2mm on BH. I would recommend R53 with this but Rakza 7 doesn't suit my play on this blade.
Only downside i can think of is horrible packing :D
