Rubber type	:	inverted

For a long time and the most part, Stiga has developed and produced all of their rubbers in Japan. Now, same as all other major table tennis brands, they collaborate with a German rubber factory. The rubbers of the DNA Pro series are the first Stiga rubbers to be produced in said German rubber factory. They were developed in a joint effort of German experts and members of both the Swedish and Chinese National teams to create a rubber for the modern offensive playing style. All three rubbers in the series are quite hard, with the hardest being H, at 50 degrees, M, in the middle, at 47.5 degrees, and the softest, S. One could say that this is a paradox, of sorts. The S usually stands for "soft". However here, the S version is actually mid-hard (42.5 degrees, to be exact). The sponges have larger pores as well, which Stiga says helps provide a better feel and a crisp, clear sound when hitting the ball.

I recently tried Stiga DNA M on my bladesbycharlie Boomslang blade. The combination makes for a really nice blend of power and control. There seems to be a larger sweet spot area that enhances my control and still creates powerful topspin shots even if slightly mis-hit. I am a power player, but using this combination is helping me to use more finesse and touch shots.
Very happy with this new rubber.

I was playing with the Stiga Calibra tour M. This rubber has some of the same qualities I like in that Calibra tour however it seems to be a little bit tackier and a little bit faster.

I've been using Mantra M on both sides for quite a long time and loved it. Spin and especially speed-wise, it was great, but I felt like it could be spinnier. When DNA was released I decided to give it a try.
I'd say it's slower and less durable, but a bit grippier, heavier, and more controllable & consistent. I felt like it was best suited for my FH side.
Although it's spinnier, I didn't like it as much as I liked Mantra and didn't really show many improvements in my opinion (they are different), so I'll go back to the Japan-made rubber in the future.

I had a 05 FX on my backhand and decided I needed a little more aggression when returning serves. This rubber is extremely close to 05 FX but allows backhand loops on service returns easier. The rest is pretty similar to 05 FX.
It is a great addition and innovation from Stiga (never had Stoga before, except the old Mark V)

I'm currently using the Xiom AZXI blade. Since I've started playing again, I have tried many rubbers, Tenergy 05, Omega VII Pro, Aurus Prime, Xiom Vega Euro, Hurricane 3, and MX-P. This rubber is a combination of a tad slower MX-P and a less tacky version of the Hurricane 3. It provides great control, good controllable speed and it's great on the backhand. The rubber is very responsive and provides great control. A couple days ago I started using it for my forehand, and I have to say that I'm very pleased. It provides great spin and speed. So pleased in fact, that I've decided to use it for both FH & BH. Just got my other rubber today, and I'll be testing it tomorrow. If you think the MX-P or T 05 is too fast, the omega VII is too hard and fast, the Aurus prime, the Xiom euro tour is not responsive enough, and the hurricane 3 is too slow, then the DNA is the rubber for you. Since I've only been using it for about a month, I can't yet speak on how it will withstand the test of time. So far though I'm very happy.

I like it on the Max thickness. The rubber is very consistent in top spin's, pushes, blocks and drives with a medium to higher arc for net clearance. Of course, the blade always determines some of the characteristics of the rubber, in my experience on SZLC blade I found this rubber to be bouncy and hence did not like it but then I tried it on my IFALC and loved it. I am still on month 1 of its usage so yet to test its quality and time it lasts but so far so good.
