I was looking for a more convenient rubber for attacking playing but this is not the best solution. Not bad, but Grass d.tecs is much better.

Super fun long pips. Makes some really funky shots. I eventually decided not to use long pips, but if I go back these are the pips I would use.

Probably best OX long pips I've tried so far (among others were TSP Curl P4 Chop, Yinhe Qing) for a close to the table play with a bit of defense mixed from mid-distance. That said I'm pretty new to long pips (don't have that much experience) and my words should not be taken too seriously.

Excellent for close to table game, block and push not so good for mid-distance chopping. Players with close table contact will enjoy it. Excellent service and fast delivery by TT11.

The duration of pimple is good for attack and can last longer, but the pimple to hard to bend . That's why it can't make a lot of back spins when we chop.
We prefer Blitz Schlag LP because the pimple a bit softer, so more control & more back spin when we chop.

Got this in the OX version. Compared with the original Dornenglanz, this is much more durable. It can easily attack, sidespin and float balls. Lifting backspin is also fairly easy.(Much like the original). I would rate its chopping ability as fair( I had a difficult time generating a strong backspin rotation). Control is good.Active strokes are readily rewarded.Compared with other OX LP's like Dtecs Grass and Giant Dragon, however, passive blocks are not very disruptive and can easily be returned.

This rubber comes with a protective sheet that sticks to the pips. Really not sure if the sheet is to be placed back on when not in use, or if the top part of the pips are sticky, so I leave the protective sheet on when not playing. I have played with a wide variety of long pips in the past, but do not consider myself a very good long pips player, as I prefer to attack with them whenever I have the chance. This is one of the better long pips I have played with for offensive use on my backhand.

I like the versatility of these pips. They are very good for handling no spin balls and can attack no spin and under spin well. Against top, they do a good job of taking the pace off of the ball, and still provide some spin "reversal". Not as much as a pip like Grass D Tec S, but it is much more controllable than the Grass. I do like the ability to hit under and dead balls hard. I would describe the speed of the rubber as medium/slow, played on a Donic Defplay Senso blade. When chop blocking I can add extra spin to the shot, so variation between dead ball and a more spinny return is possible. Rubber feels very durable as well, no problems so far after a few weeks of use.

I've finally found the Holy grail of Ox pimps! After watching the Spinlord video on youtube pairing this rubber with a Sword 309 defensive blade, I just had to try that combination. It gives good reversal, great for chopping at any distance but more importantly, attacking is a breeze! I can loop with it! Give it a try on the Sword blade and I doubt you'll look back. Great value both of them.

Шипы получились очень удачные. Средней жёсткости, эластичные. Не сыпятся так как их предшественники (1серии). Очень хороший блок шипами на столе, практически нереально пробить, все возвраты идут на стол. Из второй и третьей зоны получаются хорошие запилы. В защите играть очень комфортно и надёжно. В атаке можно делать накат, мяч летит плоский, очень точно на стол, надо лишь поставить правильное движение по мячу. Хорошие шипы.
Отдельное спасибо магазину за качественное обслуживание и быструю доставку.

Very good allround long pimples rubber. I did transition from Dragon talon and I am satisfied so far. Play on backhand, OX, Zeus blade. Can do everything. Versetile rubber. On backhand - spinlord varan 1,8mm.
