Good stickiness is easily preserved but not for more then the rubbers biologic life which depends on mostly hours of usage in training.Quality
So it must be renewed for a new pair of rubbers.

These sheets have a mild adhesive coating on the racquet side.Quality
This is great, they stick nicely to protect the rubber, however, if you are not careful they will easily pick up dirt and other debris if you drop it on the floor for example. The dirt cannot be removed without peeling off that adhesive coating. Easy to do, but the protective
sheet won't stick to your rubber anymore.
At least this is what I have experienced.
