My faouvrite edge tape.
Looks premium and isn't as thin as the majority of edge tapes that are only made form paper. Hence, the relatively high price.
This edge tape looks more like made from textile.

Provides sturdy protection to bat edge, design is simple and the textured surface gives it a luxurious feel. Though the desired size I wanted was sold out at the time so the 12mm was slightly bigger than what I had wished for.

I really like this edge tape. The red and black design is schmick and looks great with red and black rubbers. The slight felt texture is a 'luxurious' touch and makes the tape look a bit more premium than others.

Very sticky, no problem getting it on to the blade, even removed it and stuck it back on with almost the same result. Feels solid, the felt finish sturdy. It's not foam backed like some other tapes are, but I mostly use it to keep the rubber down and not to protect my blade from hits to the table. Also, it adds a finished look, if you care about that (I do, I'm particular about my equipment!)

This tape stripe has more thickness than other edge tapes it will protect the rubber and blade. All of you please go for 12mm (wide) thickness. nice product. Even I order another racket I will go for Nittaku Edge Tape Stripe Guard 12mm thickness.

This edge tape has a very nice feeling to it, almost like fabric. Unfortunately, the tape I bought does not stick very well. I do have used a different Nittaku tape before (Tone Guard), and that one sticks quite well. Not sure if I just was unlucky with my batch.

Nittaku's stripe guard is one of the few edge tapes that really protect your blade, it saved my clipper more than once. Great quality and way better protection than Donic's and Yasaka's side tape.

Although my equipment does not consist of Nittaku, I decided to get the Nittaku Edge tape simply because of the design. First I got the tapeTone Guard, then this one because it was on sale (both blue). I loved the design on both, and the other one may be slightly better than this imo. But I think this edge tape has the best quality as I think it sticks slightly better, and the material is soft/almost like cotton (on the outside obv) and therefore feels better and most likely protects better. Couldn't ask for more from an edge tape!

I'm used to Butterfly 73420 edge tape (the one that Zhang JK uses), but Butterfly stopped to produce it. This is a perfect replacement for it with a very reasonable price!
