The Neottec Amagi Carbon is another blade from the very successful Amagi family. It was created with precision and feeling for the offensive spin game in mind. It’s a medium weight, around 80g, quite thin, 5,5 mm, carbon blade with slight, pleasant vibration, which means plenty of control when taking a variety of shots, such as top-spins, blocks, chops and smashes. It’s a good choice for the adherents of smart, top-spin based attacking play close to the table and from middle distance. The combination of hinoki wood (Japanese cypress) in the outer layers and the handle made of solid American red cypress, ensures excellent conductivity of the impulses to the hand during the interaction of the ball with the racket and provides an exclusive appearance of Amagi.

I received the ply in 10 days and in good condition.
The plastic on the ply was missing I guess due to lacquering.
Also the packing could have been better. Crumbled newspaper was used to fill the empty space in the box. Plastic bubble sheets could be used.
Thanks

Paired the blade with its own rubber X5-M is considered medium speed around ALL. Need high speed and medium sponge rubber-like Rakza9, Nittaku P1, and T80, T64 to pair with.

I was supposed to buy a Fang Bo Carbon B2X, but then I saw this beauty and I was in love. No reviews. No manufacturer's website to visit. Yet so pretty.
The build quality of the blade is top-notch. Smooth. I have been playing a Stiga Rosewood NCT V (DHS Hurricane 3 FH, Friendship 729-5 BH) for about 2 years and I wanted to finally try a carbon blade to see what the fuss is all about. So naturally, I thought hey let me try non-Chinese rubbers as well and paired this Neottec Amagi with Xiom Omega V Asia FH and Yakasa Rakza 7 BH (tabletennis11.com did a great job on blade assembly and shipping), the end result was a beautiful blade sitting in my bag waiting for Covid-19 restrictions to be loosened so we can play again.
Then I tried it. What, why, noooo... ball was flying off everywhere. The combination of all these new variables was too much for me. Spent some time with my old blade to warm up and some confidence back. I tried the Neottec Amagi again and yeeeees, wow... very fast, stiff. The ball flying off with urgency compared to the Rosewood. The handle feels amazing in the hand, so smooth. Serves and the short game are areas I will have to work on since the combination of tensor and carbon gives more spring than I'm used to. Blocking, looping, and punching were all excellent. Control is good too. You just have to concentrate more and put effort into the shots. It's like that with fast blades.
I'm excited to play a season with a different dynamic to my game.
