Latex-free, breathable, elastic and maintains flexibility. • Versatile enough for 1,200 recognized applications. • Patterned adhesive is mild and hypoallergenic. Removal Instructions Gently remove tape from skin in the direction of hair growth. Use Mueller Tape & Tuffner® Remover spray for easy adhesive removal. It is not recommended to remove Kinesiology Tape in the shower as the adhesive is heat activated. Applying baby oil will also help dissolve the adhesive for easy removal.

I think it's pretty useful when in need and it's a safe way to protect the shoulder or leg area, it should be noted that it's much much better to have someone help you with the application of this elastic tape.

I use KT tapes and prefers the Pro version as it last lasts longer than the original type. Mueller has been in tape industry for a long time and the adhesive used is very durable also the material does not run very easily. Cut the edges round.

The tape lasts me at least 7 days, just make sure you clean up your skin thoroughly before application.

Material is good quality cotton.

Holds like KT Pro but priced less than half.
