This shoe is for advanced and professional users. Very stiff material for support for high intensity lateral movement. The grip is good and cushioning is better than Mizuno Wave Medal which I also have. The size is too small - so select at least one size bigger than usual. I bought my usual size and it is very tight. This is for advanced players - not for casual practice as the material is meant for high intensity high level game play. If you are a beginner or even intermediate, one of the much cheaper Donic or Yasaka shoes will be much more comfortable (soft) for everyday practice. This shoe shines in high level play and help to have very good movement and low energy loss. At high level play those cheap Donic and Yasaka will not hold up for long but this and Mizunos will.

Very grippy, supportive, and light. I have enjoyed wearing this show a lot. The only downside is the laces do feel a little thin and I worry they may rip. Other than that, a very good shoe.
