Popped the disc in and hit the play button: it starts at the beginning and runs all the way through. DVD is not so much instructional (or didactic) as teaching by osmosis, you watch and absorb the ideas, then go away and try them. Useful technical pointers are interjected throughout, though explanations lack depth, relying largely on the visual demos. Plus brief clips from international matches are interspersed, with a fluid segway from each demo to the next. Well put together and quite engaging, if a little pricey. Not sure how much I've improved as a result!Quality
