Rubber type : inverted
A higher quality version of Skyline 3. With the Provincial version, you can expect a dramatic increase in spin, control, and speed. Everything you enjoy from the original Hurricane 3 has been amplified by a great margin. High-quality blue sponge version with 39-degree hardness.

09/08/2022 Linear FH rubber w good control, max spin Review by Mattias Johnsson
Quality
For me, this is the ultimate fh rubber: What you put in you get out: Spin, speed and placement is the best I have tried. The feel is a little better than Hurricane, the spin and control better than Tenergy and Dignics. I boost my Skyline 3 w Haifu National.
14/06/2022 great overall FH rubber Review by bruce kelly
Quality
After boosting this rubber is a speed monster! Very tacky with good control. When you consider value for money, Skyline is a winner!
29/03/2022 Heavy but nice Review by Jari Seppala
Quality
Quite heavy but with good control and twist. I haven't tried boosting yet.
18/03/2022 It is what it is Review by Alexander Dickens
Quality
This rubber is infamous, and there's infinite information on what kind of player this is for. What I can add is to only boost once! I made the mistake of doing it twice like a standard orange sponge despite being warned, and this really took a few days to get as flat as I needed.

Recommended for use with a booster. Rubber is very durable, the stickiness remains for a very long time. Personally, I like it even more than the national version of Hurricane 3 NEO.
25/08/2020 A hard, very tacky rubber producing immense spin. Review by S. K. Kelen
Quality
A hard, very tacky rubber producing immense spin. Great for backspin, sidespin and topspin serves and serves that just go over the net. This rubber is also great for looping but requires a lot of energy in the movement, good for imparting spin in pushes and net play. Looping is tight, that is it rarely reaches the end of the table, hitting and brushing the ball converts more to rotation than speed. It is quick and spinny rubber. It is also terrific for blocking loops of all kinds. Flat hits and smashing from forehand are not so great - control the ball rather than kill it! I’m using it on an OFF blade - Tiago Apolonia - I think it might work better on a faster blade like Stiga Carbonado 290 or 245, or a fast Hinoki blade. However, it might have potential as a bh attacking rubber - the spin seems to have some interesting results when brushing or flicking from backhand. I like like to attack long corner to corner, so I don’t know if I will stick with this rubber on forehand.
