At a first glance this is a medium fast light blade with outstanding control. But due to special glue technology which makes the construction of the blade solid and special selection of plywood this unique blade has hidden speed potential which provides players with enormous power for fast attack either close to the table or from the distance. Many times world champion Wang Liqin first time played with Hurricane King blade during world championship in Shanghai 2005. There he became the winner in singles and mixed doubles and took bronze medal in men’s doubles event. The blade is packed in exclusive presentation box.

Nice handle, smooth surface and classy finish.
Speed off- to off. Medium hard and great feel.
Made in China but quality is definitely Japanese.

First I would like to say I am an all around player with an intermediate skill level.I am a big fan of the all wood blade- particularly the Chinese models, and hard tacky Chinese rubbers. The rubbers i use with this blade are hurricane 3 neo. This blade seems to excels in every category. It's the truest all around blade I found so far. With many Blades you'll find they performed very well in one category but poorly in another. The rating on this blade says offensive ++, but in comparison to a fast blade like the Hurricane long 5 or viscaria it's more like offensive to offensive-. Drives, Loops, counter Loops, blocks, touch shots and serves all feel wonderful. This blade has plenty of power but never feels uncontrollable.

This blade is great for control, similar to BTY Kong Linghui blade, but more faster. The ST handle paired with yasaka rising dragon (fh) is very good for smash.

Putting tenergy and sigma 2 euro rubbers is really a good combo. you can loop fast and still have tremendous amounts of control on blocks. great blade!
10/01/2014 classic all wood versatile blade Review by Huang Jiunn Min

the HK is the all-wood versatile blade which can loop, brush loop, smash, drive, flick, lob etc. One of the best all-wood blades in the market and tabletennis11.com has an excellent price when you buy in bulk. The ST handle was comfortable and not too big fitting my hand. Best to put on medium hard rubbers and soft rubbers. Only downside is that it has an ugly monochrome portrait of Wang Liqin
