This is a great product for the BH and I have enjoyed the benefits of the Hurricane 3 Neo on the BH(with 37 and 38 hardness). 37 is the most ideal if you want to Topspin effectively.

Linearity: This is great linear rubber. The more power you put, the faster the ball travels.

Control: If your opponent hits the ball fast, you can respond by slowing the speed with this rubber. This is best feature of this rubber. My best feature.

I hope DHS continues to invest in this rubber and improve it further.

I can say that this rubber suits my backhand, and also i can do alot a chopblocks with it, very good high arc for backhand looping, and the harness feels exactly right for me, also i felt that i can consistently push with alot of spin and control

This rubber feels mushy and dead while driving or blocking the ball. The only way to get some decent shots is by using full, looping strokes. However, if the ball comes back fast and you are out of position, a simple block or drive will drop the ball to the net.
Perhaps I messed it up with the booster and it became too soft, hower the normal Hurricane Neo increased in quality with the same boosting treatment (using 3 layers of Haifu Sea Moon bosster).
Or it should be paired with a very fast blade, mine is quite slow because I want the control and safety of a slow blade.

I've used red one, definitely less tacky than regular neo black. While boosted there is not much difference in softness.

It will work like any other hurricane 3 Neo close to the table. Loads of control and multiple gears. It gives you what you put into it. Very controllable.
One step behind the table you will be fine, two steps all balls will get short onto the net.
I boosted it with a couple of layers of Falco (1 thick, 1 thin) and it was still the same.
Personally, I think it's good for kids to develop their backhand because it is quite safe. But if you want to try hurricane in your backhand, I would go for 38-39 degrees. Little to no use on the forehand.
I am a shakehand player, but a friend of mine (penholder) has a similar opinion.

There are better rubbers to create spin.
Good for Topspin not so gut for Spin the Ball.

Boost it with 1 layer of FTL or Haifu directly on the sponge and play 10 hours to break it in and then you will like it!!!!
