This is a very cheap rubber, which has very strong tackiness, and a lot of spin, but it is not fast enough for me. I bought it for a friend that plays slow, and he likes it. This is a very good allround rubber. It is tacky, spinny and fast or slow depending what you put into the stroke. I use it as a forehand rubber and there is no lack of power when needed.
