This particular shirt by Andro is the best active shirt I've worn. Really comfortable and does a great job with sweat absorbing. It's also a great fit, but definitely refer to the size chart. I'm 6'2" tall (or 188 cm) and 178 lbs (80.7 kilos) and medium is a good fit. Small would likely also work, but would be tighter.
