The rubber is of high quality. Sponge is medium soft. The rubber is not sticky. Speed and spin is quite great for me, a developing player. So i also suggest this rubber for players still working on their technique or their game as a whole.

I bought this rubber, because I was struggling to control the yasaka mark v max on my backhand with a butterfly carbox5 off blade, With the vari spin I am keeping the ball on the table more and am able to work on developing strengh and technique with my backhand.. (plus the mark v is now working well on my forehand)

Medium soft sponge, 2mm perfect for BH, lots of spin when serving, amazing control but not fast. Use it on a fast blade and will compensate the speed. Very long lasting.
