Не привиредлив к вращению. Очень хорошо играет на лезвии Dr.Neubauer High Tech Cypress Carbon с права очень контрольно. Использовал бустер на губку.,что прибавила гадости при подачи контракта на ура. Мяч при ударе стелиться и катиться по столу использую губку 1,8 и очень доволен.
И игра на столе подрезка после бустера стало более контрольно.

I like the Waran a lot. It has a lot of control and power to attack. I like the 1.5mm rubber than 1.8mm. You can feel the ball much better and control. This is the best pips out rubber that I used in 30years. The durability of the rubber is about 1 -2 year if you play regularly. I would buy a few more for spare.

I prefer this rubber on the forhand in 1,8 mm.
Very easy to move the ball around the table.
In my opinion this is the best SP rubber forhånden play.

I use this in combination with a slower defensive rubber. The contrast is excellent. In 1.5 thickness you can do pretty much anything, including chopping and pips roll shots. Pretty fast even on an all-around blade.

I've tried Waran at 1.8mm and 2.0mm. Soft sponge seems to provide just enough dwell time for some decent low arch top spin shots (tried also Waran II with harder sponge at max sponge thickness, had a hard time controlling it). At 2.0mm was too fast for me to handle on an Off- blade, but with 1.8mm i felt at home. Excellent for counters right off the bounce, regardless of how much spin the incoming ball had. For me this is the best short pimple rubber I've tried so far in terms of attacking capabilities and aggressive play.

I used to play with inverted on my forehand. But with 1.5 mm Waren, I can chop as well as hit with less concern about my opponents spin. I tried thicker sponge but found it more difficult to chop and control. So I decided that 1.5 is best for my intermediate level of play.

I’ve tried many shorts pips and this is my favorite. The spring sponge gives in plenty of speed to put away on smashes. I use it on my forehand. I would not use this on your backhand because the speed makes it tough to control. This rubber is awesome in blocking and has enough grip to create top spin attacks. Works best on offensive blade. I did not like it on defense blades

I ordered 2 different sponge thickness 2.0 and 1.8 for my backhand. Coming from inverted rubber after 15 years (my backhand with inverted was decent, I can banana flick most of balls inside the table), Warran 2.0 is fast and fairly easy to transition to but I'm still making adjustments. After a few months I changed to 1.8 for better control due to playing closer to the table. Warran is very good for attacking.

Waran claims to have a soft sponge but hard topsheet and speed glue effect but I think thats more marketing than anything else. While it is faster than say 802-40 on the supersoft sponge it has less control, it is not as fast as some of the other more famous modern pips out there. Donic Baxster F1A for example has a softer faster sponge and harder topsheet and has better control.

It has a slight wobble effect maybe because I'm using the 1.5mm sponge. Able to create spin, but not too much. Very good for close to table play. It's very fast without compromising on the control. One of the best short pips I've used and it's not expensive.

Really speedy rubber! When I first used it the ball flew off the table after every block I tried. Being a penholder,it`s really crucial for me to block and hit hard close to the table. After getting used to it this rubber is really producing rocket missiles

Acquired a Spinlord Waran in 2.0mm. First things first: this rubber is fast. Not crazy fast as Yasaka Rakza PO, but still pretty fast. You can feel the tension within the sponge. When hit hard it produces an amazing sound. Plus, it´s easy to active block with Waran, although passive play is not so good. It´s sensitive to spin so receiving serves requires a good technique. For less than half the price of short pips such as Rakza PO or Spinpips Red it definitely worth a try.

I am a modern defender and use this rubber on my backhand and I like the way it works for me. It took me some time to learn how to chop from mid-distance. Heavy loop can be hard to return and if you don't cut strait down through the ball you will put the ball back on the table too high due to rubber's high friction. This rubber can generate a tremendous amount of spin or if you chop slowly the ball will have very little spin that may confuse the opponent and force him to hit long. Chopping over the table is good and dangerous for the opponents who can't believe that a short pip can generate that much spin. Attacking is easy and smashing is great. Looping can be done with ease after a little practice and understanding how this rubber works. I usually play against player 2K and upper and they all have problems with my rubber combination Spinlord Waran on my Backhand /Juic Neo Anti on my forehand. I have much better control on chops than I used to have with TSP Super Spin Chop 2 rubber. I would definitely recommend this rubber to every one. It is a less expensive and good quality rubber

I've been using inverted on both sides for 41 years and decided to try Spinlord Waran on my backhand to see if it would add variety. So far, the experiment is working. My very strong backhand kill seems a bit more consistent and I'm still able to backhand loop consistently as well. I find it difficult to counterloop with my backhand from further off the table, but am now able to chop from far back, which I never used to do. As far as blocking loops, I'm still learning...it seems my blocks are dying short of the net and may require a little more energy (perhaps chop block). Jury is still out if I'll stay with it, but I think I'm going to stay with it long enough to see if I'm now a better player with more variety...it's still too soon to tell. But at that inexpensive price, it's been a very fun experiment.

I have trIED aran on both 1.8 and 2.0mm on my FH. It generates great speed and decent loop when hit correctly. And it also provides good control and great quality. Suprisely, my mid and long FH are much better than I expected.

I am playing with Waran 1.5 on forehand and antitop on backand. This is far the best forehand short pips rubber for me. I tried at minimum ten short pips.
All kind of attacking strokes are perfect. Pressing opponents loop with aggressive block, smash against everything when you are on time with little angle corrections. Also, you can lift with topspin stroke all balls when you are late.....against pushing, chopping, dad balls.... In passive situations, my 1.5 sponge has very good control especially in pushing. I don't chop.
Why is this?
When you hit aggressive stroke like counter, loop or block, Waran pips shines, gives extra pace and speed up the ball, so in combination with enough topspin, ball hits the table....
When i return services, i have good control because of thin 1.5 sponge, i guess. Also, pushing is consistent.
There are short pips in the market which has similar characteristic, but they don't have sink i.e. disturbing effect. Waran has nice sink effect, not the best but enough ....something in the middle range.
Works good in combination with anti or long ox pips on backhand because you can punish all weak passive higher balls with hard aggressive hit with Waran. Another plus is that hitting is not strange stroke like with medium or long pips. Namely, there is a small time for adapting when you come from inverted, just more forward stroke....

After doing a bunch of research in transitioning from inverted to short pips on my forehand (I use long pips on backhand) to find short pips that I could use to serve, hit, loop, chop, push and block (yes, everything) while shortening my stroke as compared to inverted, I hit on the Spinlord Waran (I use it in 1.8mm), and I could not be more happy with it after a few months of use. It is very dynamic and can produce tons of spin (for a short pips rubber). Opponents are making more errors on my serves now than when I was using inverted. I am much more consistent in putting balls away with loops, both on my forehand and when I twiddle to my backhand. Chopping is easy, and so is creating spin variation. About the only thing that's a bit difficult and that I'm still trying to get the hang of is blocking (very sensitive to blade angle and timing), and other short pips users have told me that these pips are faster than what they're used to, but that's what I want because I'm not using inverted on either side.

I am in a transition from inverted rubber to short pips. I have heard many positive things about this rubber. So I thought that I give it a try. First of all, like all short pips, it is very sensitive to the types of blade that you put it on. For the Waran, since the top sheet is harder, it should be put on a slightly flex blade to play well. I have it original on a Sword Blue Feather blade which is a stiff one. It didn't work too well. But then I switch it to the Tibhar Samson Force Pro Black Edition, which is really a Clipper clone with a bit flex to it, it works much better.

For the rubber itself, it can generate very good spin. It is not too sensitive to incoming spin. So I can simply flat hit some serves that has underspin on it and surprise my opponent that way a lot. For Blocking, this is very controllable. Although it doesn't feel like classic short pips such as Stiga Clippa. But if you square off to the ball, it blocks very well.

Compare this with Degu, this is definitely faster due to the harder top sheet, but it is not crazy fast that you can't control. If you are looking for a spiny short pips with good control, this rubber is a good one. But you do need to put it on a slightly flexible blade to get the benefit of it. Otherwise, it may be harder to control.

As I said in my Spinlord Keiler review I am attempting to change my style of play from spinning/attacking to hitting/attacking. I'm doing this with pips on both sides. This rubber is plenty fast on my Andro CSV Fast+ and I can put some reasonable spin on the ball for conversions and looping. Another stroke I'm learning is the fast push block shot. Really catches your opponent off guard. . I can use this against backspin services and chopped balls because the impact of spin is reduced considerably. Blocking against heavy topspin can still be challenging because of this rubber's speed but not like blocking with inverted. With some minor adjustments and more practice I don't see this as a problem. And I'm comparing Waran to Joola Ultra Express which is also very fast. My all Joola racket is a little slower (Donic Epox Allround+) with Express on the BH and Rhyzm P on the forehand. A powerful but controllable combination. My Spinlord racket is the Andro CSV Fast+ now with Waran 2.0 on both sides. An even more powerful combination yet with pips to gain control over heavy spin. I would say the Waran and the Express are very close in speed (both very fast) and performance but the Waran is the better deal. Give it a try!

Very interesting short pimple rubber. Exeptional speed, astonishing sound.
I play with 1,8mm short pimple rubber on FH, now the blade is Zeus. It took long time take advantage of this blade. The quality of the rubber is exellent so far. I didnt play with it yet long time. I have bought 1,5mm also, but didnt try yet.
Who prefer short pimles, who prefer direct shots instead of topspin loops - it is choice. I'd include this rubber into the list of my best I used to play: Donic Baxter , Tibhar speedy soft d'tecs, Juic ultima, Stiga Royal, mostly 1,8mm.
