The Nittaku Violin Carbon is an upgraded version of the classic Violin blade. This blade was created by adding two layers of carbon to the construction of the original model. This makes the blade noticeably faster and provides it with that special carbon feel. Made in Japan.

What will you expect from a Japanese blade? The BEST... The craftmanship of Nittaku Violin Carbon is 2nd to none but I don't like its performance. It's too bouncy, has less dwell time, is hard to control, and feel hard.

Not good for hard rubbers, Chinese rubbers, and hybrid rubbers.

Please take my review with a grain of salt...
09/05/2019 The best blade I've ever used! Review by Zimiao Meng

This blade has a special carbon feel and give me a lot of power when I'm attacking, usually carbon blades are hard to control but this one gives me decent control. I had change from my wooden blade and I have to say my smash and loop become more powerful, consistent and deadly! I'm ready to used it for my whole life!
18/09/2018 Almost perfect Review by Yeow

Blade has great feel, excellent build quality, and the additional speed that the carbon layers give. Much more controllable than a lot of other blades with carbon (In the past, I've used many butterfly blades with tamca5000 layers, and they are simply too fast to control). The only real problem is the size of the handle - much too small, and I don't have very large hands. The large handle version costs the same, so unless you have much smaller hands than the average player, you should get that instead - I did.
21/02/2018 My favorite blade so far! Review by Yi Zhang

I've just recently moved from all wood blades to carbon blades. I have to say that this blade is my new favorite (I've tried Donic Ovtcharov True Carbon and Senso Carbon, and Stiga Carbonado 45). The speed is solid OFF. The sweet spot is very large. Enough dwell time for looping and enough stiffness for blocking. My favorite aspect of this blade is its unparalleled feeling. You can clearly feel every shot, which makes short touches very easy.

I use Hurricane 3 on forehand and Evolution EL-S on backhand. So far, I'm loving it. It's definitely one of my best blades.
