It is very light rubber. I am using it with backhand side of penhold blade. The light weight help to learn backhand technique.

This is a grippy rubber (not tacky at all), with very good control and not too fast. The spin is decent and it is not sensitive to incoming spin. Paired with a ALL+/OFF- blade is a good combination to improve your technique and also to beat your opponent with a nice variety of strokes :) ... Totally recommended for beginners or for player looking to improve their skills

The nittaku micro is absolute good rubber for all round players. Is good rubber that absorbs the opponent attack and helps maneuver your skill to improve your game.Is bouncing and tacky enough, good control. Quality product. Speed is about 90 and spin is about a 90 on the PP scale. Soft rubber and sponge.

I think it's just a training rubber for TT beginners, which wouldn't give you a high performance. You can feel every ball with this rubber, and the price is reasonable.
