Rubber type : antispin
The Dr. Neubauer A-B-S is a consistent and durable antispin rubber. This edition is noticeably slower than Gorilla and Grizzly antispin which in turn gives it an increase in the control department. This rubber mixture in conjunction with its specially designed sponge provide high spin reversal reminiscent of frictionless long pips. While this rubber is very effective for a close to the table blocking game, it is capable of attacking well, especially against backspin balls.

12/12/2018 Review of DR. Neubauer ABS Rubber Review by AARON ABELA
Quality
I have now tried several antispin rubbers. These include the Yasaka AntiPower, the Butterfly SuperAnti and the the Dr. Neubauer ABS. Both the Yasaka AntiPower and Butterfly Super Anti are known as soft-anti spin rubbers whereas the Dr. Neubauer ABS antispin rubber is known as Hard Antispin rubber. Soft antis are much easier to master, but they offer less spin reversal as compared to the hard antispin rubbers. If you want a more aggressive approach whilst using an antispin rubber the yasaka antipower is the rubber for you. If you want to chop outside the table, I would recommend the Butterfly SuperAnti. Nevertheless, if you want more spin reversal go for hard antispin rubbers such as the Dr. Neubauer ABS. From experience the ABS is more suited for a blocking style of play. It is not suited for chopping outside the table. The ABS is much harder to use as it has no friction whatsoever so one requires much more feeling to master as compared to soft-anti spin rubbers. Nevertheless, if blocking is your style of game the ABS is just made for that. Combining the ABS with a very good forehand topspin will trouble many opponents. My best advice is to use the ABS to set you up for an attack. One should avoid being over-reliant on it as otherwise opponents will pin you down easily. Mastering twiddling is also a must be unpredictable when using antispin rubbers.
