DONIC DESTO F2 is the bridge between F3 and F1, giving great control at high speed. DONIC DESTO F2 is soft, has a good feel and the full sound of speed glueing. It produces far more speed than the traditional spin elastic rubbers, and the F3. It is, however, slower than DESTO F1. The DONIC DESTO F2 is soft and full of feeling, it has the speed glueing kick and of course, the excitement at play of the FORMULA DONIC technology. The DONIC DESTO F2 is for the player who in the past has used the traditional spin elasticated rubber, but is searching for more playing fun and more speed and spin. Players who find the DESTO F3 a little too slow, but find the DESTO F1 just a little too fast will discover that the DESTO F2 will give that extra edge to all aspects of their game that they have been searching for.

I bought a secondhand sheet of Donic Desto from eBay in 2015 and was impressed with it as a forehand rubber (I use long pimples on my backhand). I think it's a great rubber because, with a 1.8mm or 2.0mm sponge, it is spinny enough to cause opponents problems and fast but not so fast that it isn't easy to control where you are putting the ball. So if your game is about looking for and exploiting your opponents' weaknesses, this rubber is a perfect tool. But this rubber has one more quality that makes it a joy. It is that cracking sound you get when you hit the ball just right, I always thought caring about the sound your rubber makes was ridiculous but for some reason that crack makes me feel happy.
I put this rubber on intermediate Junior's bats. The best juniors all want Evolution or Tenergy but I reckon even they would play just as well with Donic Desto. It is relatively cheap as well.
I have tried countless rubbers but this is my favorite.

A very good rubber when combined with DONIC Burn All + for a talented 11 year old. Great feel, not too heavy and good for defence and attack with contollable spin.
