The most distinctive feature of the Donic Burn OFF is the thermal treatment used on the veneers during the production process. The blades are exposed to temperatures of 200 celsius for a period of twenty-four hours. This process hardens the blade and removes all moisture from the wood plies. The result is that this blade has unique playing characteristics. Being faster than the Burn Off- and having a weight coming in at 90 grams, this a powerful offensive blade.

Quality

The Donic Burn off is very fast almost off+ all-wood blade. It has a huge sweet-spot and is quite stiff like carbon blades but keeps the woody feel and flexibility. Really good in active blocking and counter-looping. Good control in the short game but very powerful on when looping. Amazing blade for this price!!!

This is a fast blade. Very comfortable, had a great FL grip. Has good control and not too much vibration.

Very good for a soft rubber.

The build quality could be better, the handle is really rough in the top edge.
