VERY slow rubber, but very spinny on a good shot.
Basically, it sacrifices most speed for ease of spin generation at the low-mid end (though missing a bit on the upper ends)

Who is it for?

This rubber is best for a player who wants the rubber to ALWAYS catch the ball VERY FIRMLY for a guaranteed quality shot, and who feels like his topspins tend to overshoot the table.
With this rubber, you are not overshooting the table. It'll always grab the ball, and always land, and with pretty solid quality.
Just not very fast sometimes.

Who is it not for?

This is not a good rubber for a player who can put force into the shot and still have it consistently land on the table since this rubber has an upper ceiling on spin and speed.

I have been using DHS Skyline 3-60 Soft on my forehand side on a carbon blade. I impart a lot of spin on my forehand, and I found the rubber responds well . It is a bit slow rubber, but quite good when you pull the ball with a long back swing and end it with a full follow-through. It is easy to control opponent's spin with this rubber and hitting flat is also fairly simple. While pushing one can easily keep the ball close to net. Overall, it is a 'value for money' rubber.

Spinny rubber with decent speed , good for blocks and chops as well. Very light , I use it for my BH in a TSP black balsa 7.0 , good combination .

Мягче, чем Skyline mid-hard, но все равно губка средней твердости, без запаха химии. Любой топспин с усилием, дуга низкая, отскок неравномерный, лучше ставить на быструю основу. По вращению и по удобству в короткой игре накладкам ESN (Xiom, Tibhar) значительно уступает. Если хочется именно Китайскую резину, лучше выбрать продукцию LKT.

Although the title reads soft, I would call it mid-hard. Looping is effortless with this one. One might need to change his technique if he is moving from a hard rubber to this one.

Поставил на Butterfly Innerforce -- великолепный контроль и супер вращение -- чувствует даже незначительное кистевое движение, правда несколько потерял в скорости (стоял EVOLUTION MX), но это невероятное вращение всё компенсирует.

2.1 black. Great tackiness and soft sponge. Used it in a OFF+ Blade and got lots of speed but little control, so i switch it to a ALL+ Blade for more control.

It's quite sensitive to incoming spin and the throw angle is low, so a proper brush technique is required.

The topsheet is fragile,and collects dust a LOT, proper care is a must (cleaning liquid + protective sheet)

As mentioned, it's extremely loud

Ordered black 2mm put on BH. Speed is low for soft sponge, but spin/control is there. Throw is median/low. Weight is not heavy.

I love this rubber! I use it in 2.0 on a violin, paired with LP. I twiddle, so the Skyline is used on both FH and BH. I'm completely happy with it on both sides. I try to play a wide variety of shots. The Skyline does everything well, providing great spin and control. It seems like a slow rubber because of the control on chops and slow loops. But when you crank it up it makes good power while maintaining the control. The loud sound when you engage the sponge is fun. After a couple months of fairly light use it is still tacky.
I recently played with Rakza 7 soft and Acuda S3, both in 1.8. They were fine. But for my game the Skyline outperforms them. At the Tabletennis11 price it is such a bargain!

This is the loudest rubber I have ever blade. The rubber is tacky and is superb when trying to brush, screw balls. The speed is acceptable, but the power is low,thus long distance looping is not as good as tenderly liked western rubbers. This is the lightest Chinese style tacky rubber, so chinese pen players may want it, just like Xu Xin did.

This is the loudest rubber i have ever used. It have great control, good spin and enough speed to win points. Its very easy to block and counterhit with this rubber. What stands out for me is the good control, it just feel so easy to keep the ball on the table.
