As a penholder player i tried many tacky rubbers(mainly from dhs)and i was very fond of the old PF4.As i was becoming better in my game, i switched to faster blades.Now with the new poly ball i brought my Cypress-S out of the closet.I tried the new PF4 and found that it has a different and more modern quality.Very nice tacky and smooth top sheet and a new sponge, very elastic and bouncy.Very good feeling of the ball over the table,excellent serves and good close to the table game.For mid distance game is a bit slow.I tried Skyline 3 NEO 2.2 and found that is better far from the table.Anyway,i thing it's a great rubber!Quality - 24/10/2016 Good For beginners and control Review by J. Got it in Red 2.0... Very heavy rubber, hardsponge, sticky and good for flick, block and control close to the table. It's slow for an intermediate player expecting performance, so you would need to put some strength in your attacks.Quality

This rubber will last a long time in fact much longer that most rubbers and I find this one excellent for the backhand.Quality
Good control and it will give you medium speed and spin.
Good for intermediate level players.
