Rubber type	:	inverted

The topsheet of the Rasanter rubbers has a high degree of glossiness to compensate for the loss of rotation after the introduction of plastic ball. V is for velocity. Due to the special pimple geometry, these rubbers have maximum speed potential and allow you to play at higher speeds and flatter trajectories. The Rasanter V47 is an extremely fast rubber focused on helping fast attack driving player do exactly that. Though still capable of producing great spin, V47 excels at driving and loop driving at close to the table while still being able to yield piercing counterloops when at a distance. This is an advanced rubber for proficient attackers with a killer mentality.

I changed from Hurricane rubber as it was too slow and required lots of effort to hit a kill shot. The Rasanter is so much quicker and good for control and spin.

A good rubber with decent spinn and speed. I've played with the 1,7mm sponge. Before the release of the EC Rasanter series a top choice for backhand. It lasts longer than other rubbers in my experience. When looping from a distance the ball might slip off sometimes.

Right now if you have the budget for the R48 you might as well pick the R48 for backhand or C48 for Forehand. If you don't have the budget for the R48/C48, this will serve you well

I’ve tried V42, which is all-round but lacks a little bit of speed. V47 is better but is a bit heavier but the ball is fast bouncing out. Good rubber.
